Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia Conference, MABBIM, and the 8th East
Asia Literature Council Conference, MASTERA also has invited
observers from non-Malay Language countries who are specialists
or experts in the Malay Language. |

One of the observers, Doctor Phil
Ulrich Kratz from the School of Oriental and African Studies
London says that within the 30 years of his learning and
teaching experience in the United Kingdom, the response of
people learning the Malay Language has been encouraging, with
many having obtained PHD’s and Master’s in Malay Studies.
According to him, the Malay
Language has its uniqueness, especially with regard to its
poetry and history. |
