New Students Flock to Arabic Schools

Fifty new students were registered at the Beribi Arabic Preparatory School in Gadong, Monday.

Of a total of two thousand 57 candidates from throughout the country who sat for the Arabic School Examination, only two hundred and 50 were selected to study at the school.

According to the Head Mistress of the Beribi Arabic Preparatory School, Dayang Hajah Fatimah binti Haji Ahmad, aside from Arabic, the principal language, the school also teaches Malay and English.
