Whatever form it is in, it is against Islam totally.

This was stated by the Attorney-General, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Paduka Haji Kifrawi, at the launching of a book entitled "kerasukan; merawat dan mencegahnya" or "possessed ; treatment and prevention". More so if the practitioner carries out his activities in public or teach others. All these have been forbidden by the Mufti's ruling.

The book was written by the State Mufti, Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz, based on the "bersama Mufti programmes" inconjunction with the isra' and mikraj 1426 celebration aired by Radio Television Brunei recently. It was then edited and adapted for  publication to act as a guide to be practiced by the public.
