ADMINISTRATION DIVISION

The Administration Division’s is responsible for RTB’s Human Resource Development. As the central management of the Department, the administration that ensures the civil service and financial regulations.

ROLES:
Manage administration and staffs’ welfare
Manage the purchase of office equipments
Managing and controlling financial provision
Manage the care of the assets of Radio Television Brunei
Plan and manage the training and career development of all staffs
Fulfill all the Information Techology needs for Radio Television Brunei
Manage matters related to public relation activities

Under the care of the Administration Division, there are several sections:

1) FINANCE SECTION
Takes care of RTB’s financial matters and control financial provision.

2) TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SECTION
Training and Development Section is responsible in managing and conducting training programme for RTB personnel towards enhancing the staffs’ professionalism. Training and Development Section is also known as Centre for Broadcasting Development.

3) ENTERPRISE SECTION
The Enterprise Section is responsible with the marketing and promotions of RTB products and merchandises.

4) CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS SECTION
The Corporate Communications Section is responsible in handling matters that are related to public relations.

5) INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS SECTION
The International Affairs Section is responsible in handling matters that are MoU-related and international subjects.
